Deana Wojcik is the Lead, Technical Product Manager at EdReports, where she owns the vision and execution of AI-enabled innovations and leads the strategy, design, and delivery of digital solutions that accelerate review processes. Deana began her career as a middle and high school teacher and instructional coach in Oakland, CA, and continues to ground her approach to work in the best practices she learned in the classroom. After teaching, she worked as a product leader for EdTech and nonprofit organizations, including Goalbook, 826michigan, and the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL). She went on to build a consulting practice that supports clients across the social sector, advising executive teams on product, operations, and technical strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing data-driven processes to increase impact. Deana holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.Ed. from the Reach Institute for School Leadership, and a certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from the BUILD Institute. She enjoys making ceramics, tending her flower and vegetable gardens, and spending time in nature.
